- What makes Theo James great?
It’s cliché. But, it’s quite simply our people. We are deliberately different in how we have grown the business. 92% of our staff are not previously from recruitment. They understand how different businesses work and share the same goal; which is to improve the life our clients and candidates every day. We don’t just ‘place candidates’ We see it as our role to consult with both parties and match values and motivations. We are passionate about recruitment, but more importantly retention. We hire on honesty and integrity and everything we do on a daily basis reflects that.
- What is your 5 year plan?
We are so excited about the next five years. We aren’t a company just fixated on head count. Our staff aren’t just a number, they are a huge part of the business. We plan to continue to grow the business the right way. Still staying within our niche of manufacturing and engineering. That’s what we are passionate about, and will continue to add value, through recruitment, training, events and podcasts. We love the North East and will continue to service Manufacturing and Engineering businesses as a priority. However, we also have national and global growth on our roadmap.
- What are you looking for from your EMN membership?
We love being part of the EMN. Our goal is to add value to Manufacturing and Engineering, so it’s the perfect network for us. We are keen to impart our knowledge and help members in any way we can. Manufacturing is an incredible sector, but it has it’s challenges. It’s so important we share, give back and learn from each other.
- What information do you want to get out to members?
We would love to hear about both challenges and wins from the members of the EMN. We are passionate about learning and continuous improvement. We can’t wait to continue to meet and learn from this tremendous community
- What are you going to offer back to the community?
We have a proven record across all areas within Manufacturing and Engineering. We have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, whilst also supporting many SME’s. We are extremely confident of helping the EMN members directly with recruitment of their specialist staff. But, we are also passionate about the events we run and award winning podcast that many EMN members have already been on.
