The rising cost of living in the UK is now squeezing small and medium-sized businesses, with many feeling the impact of higher energy prices plus rising staff costs on their bottom line.

The Bank of England has projected inflation will peak at over 8% this year and real household incomes will fall by an average of £1,000 by the end of 2022.
