Promoted Event – Hartlepool College: Project Presentation Day Wednesday 7th May

I would like to invite you to our Engineering Project Presentation Day. This annual event has grown in
quality and quantity across the years and now boasts over 100 student displays from over 40 partner
companies and from a range of students studying at Level 3 through to HNC.

This year’s event will take place on Wednesday 7th May and the format is as follows:
1:00-1:30pm: exhibition open to invited guests and employers
1:30-2:30pm: exhibition open to our partner companies and stakeholders
2.30-3:00pm: closing remarks and announcement of awards
[Light refreshments will be available from 12.30pm]

All our visitors on the day will be encouraged to visit as many exhibitors as possible, ask questions and
vote for their favourite from each category.

Our outstanding success in the Engineering department is largely due to our excellent industry
relationships with companies such as yours. It would be great if you could support our event with your
attendance.

Furthermore, we are now looking for partner companies to sponsor the individual prizes available on the
