The Royal Academy of Engineering is pleased to invite you to the next in our Building World Class Teams Workshop series. This one is all about FEEDBACK: its presence is the secret to your success; its absence may be why you fail!
You might think that a culture where everyone agrees is a positive one – in fact a lack of conflict and constructive feedback could be a bad sign. Developing a good feedback culture in engineering startups can be challenging.
Yet it is one of the most important and impactful practices you can build into your organisation’s foundation. Regular and constructive feedback helps us identify risks early enough to prevent them from becoming catastrophic, contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, and helps manage conflict.
In this session, we’ll go beyond the basics to discuss strategies of how to embed a feedback culture in the high pressure, fast paced environment of engineering startups and scaleups.
Date: Thursday, 5 September, 15:30pm – 16:30pm
