Teesside University are currently working on a research project with Enginuity, (a not for profit organisation providing skills support and insights to the UK manufacturing and engineering sector). The project is focussed on the development of a a Strategic Workforce Planning Tool for the sector.
The research project team is currently seeking employers within the sector to provide their input into the Tool via this survey.
The company and University would really appreciate this additional input from industry to underpin the development of the tool.
