I am the Operations Manager at GEM Partnership and I head up the training department.

  1. What gets you out of bed in a morning?

My passion for helping others to succeed is what motivates me to get out of bed every day. My ability to inspire and see the growth of my children, my team and peers is very rewarding. The opportunity to work with a team of talented and diverse individuals, who display team work, strive for success and ensure the learner experience is the focus of all goals.

We primarily work within the manufacturing sector as a total workforce solution incorporating both recruitment and training as a consultative approach.

  1. Do you have growth plans for the future?

We plan to grow training as a business by 38% in 2023/24 creating job opportunities to expand our delivery team and compliance team to support the infrastructure of this growth. Investment in developing our own App based technology solutions to increase engagement and candidate experience is a focus for 2023.
