Stuart is a Partner in Blick Rothenberg where he is leading the growth of a new Reward Advisory Practice. He has well over 25 years experience in reward and HR consulting during which time he has worked with some well-known global employers (including Disney, BP, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Siemens, NTT, Shell) as well as small, local enterprises and he has led consulting teams across Europe in some of the largest advisory firms. He is currently doing a lot of work on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and looking at how this will impact employers in the UK as well as across the EU, it seems that many employers in the UK and even in the EU are still unaware of many of the details and how it is likely to impact them!

He will be primarily focusing on Rewards and Benefits within the work[place including new Pay Transparency regulations.

Rebecca is a qualified coach and HR expert. She specialises in equality and diversity; supporting businesses to create cultures of inclusion and realise the benefits of a diverse workplace though coaching and training.Rebecca is an international keynote and motivational speaker and TEDx speaker, on topics of HR, Leadership and Equality. Rebecca is qualified to Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Executive Management and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment, as well as being a certified coach.

Rebecca will be concentrating on the upcoming Employment Law changes along with answering any questions asked.
