Knowing what intellectual property you have and understanding its strategic importance to your business is vital in helping you manage and protect your organisation and its assets.

Delivered by Tom Justice, an associate solicitor at Muckle LLP, this session will cover the basics of the most common intellectual property rights (copyright, trade marks, patents and designs) and discuss some of the more complex issues, including tips on managing infringement claims. Tom will provide some practical tips to help identify risks and common pitfalls, as well as highlight potential opportunities to use your IP to help achieve your commercial objectives.
