Peer groups are dedicated to sharing knowledge, providing safe and confidential spaces for professionals to meet on a regular basis and share and resolve common challenges.

The group is facilitated and includes fellow professionals that will learn and share with you, hold you accountable, and help you to break through the boundaries that are holding you back. Gain inspiration from your peers! As a group – you get to choose your areas for focus and the EMN team will bring in trusted members to support discussions.

Each group begins when sufficient numbers have been accepted and meets approximately 6 times between May 2024 and December 2024.

Session times and formats are agreed at the first meeting of each group.
