On 23rd and 24th April, the Durham University’s Smart and Scale Up team will be hosting the fourth annual SME Leaders Masterclass at their new state-of-the-art Waterside building. The event will consist of three practical workshops focusing on Organisational Change, Leadership and Strategic Thinking, as well as keynote speakers and a networking lunch and dinner. The event is designed to equip SME leaders with skills and insight that they can apply to help scale and innovate their business, as well as introducing them to a supportive network as part of the Smart and Scale initiative. The event is free of charge as the initiative is part of a fully funded research programme.
