A coordinated educational pipeline from Level 3 to Level 7, including a Level 6 BEng Product Design & Development degree apprenticeship, with specialist streams in:
- Power Electronics, Machines & Drives (PEMD)

- Advanced Manufacturing
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – short courses and bespoke modules to support the upskilling and reskilling of the existing industry workforce.

- Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) resources for Career Advisors in schools, colleges and job centres – resources to raise awareness and inspire people towards rewarding careers in the electrification and advanced manufacturing sectors
