2. What does Your Digital Transformation Consultant Ltd. do?
Provides business advisory and leadership training services for Manufacturing and Engineering companies who wish to enhance their business with emerging digital technologies.
3. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Helping break down the barriers to technology for regular business leaders and being able to make great consulting available to as many people as possible. – also, the thought of breakfast.
4. What makes Your Digital Transformation Consultant Ltd. different?
Zero BS, but an honest and empathetic approach. I believe that we should adopt technology into our businesses ONLY when it makes sense and when we are confident that it will do two things.
1) Make the business better than it already is.
2) Drive ROI. As an independent consultant I feel comforted in the fact that I can make recommendations for my clients based solely in their best interests.
5. What are the businesses greatest strength?
I come from a business and not a deep tech focused background and so I am able to break complicated topics down clearly using everyday language that business leaders can understand and apply to their own
organisations. I know that tech improvements without a solid business value case are at best ineffective.

7. Do you have growth plans for the future?
Yes – I am transitioning away, largely from the traditional 1-2-1 consulting model into āonline educationā – I am currently developing a Digital Leadership Training Program for
Manufacturing leaders, so that they can gain the confidence and skills to lead tier business through digital transformation.
