In September, GEM Partnership provided bespoke Safe Manual Handling training to the employees of Novares.

Novares’ QHSE Leader, Anthony Devine said: “We recently had GEM partnership attend site to deliver a safe manual handling course to our employees, the course was informative and engaging with a good mix of teaching and interaction. When asked how the course went our employees stated that they felt much more informed about safe manual handling practices and could relate was taught in the classroom to their working environment.”

If you feel like your business or employees can benefit from similar training, GEM Partnership can carry out a skills needs analysis with your workforce, identifying areas for development and upskilling – then provide bespoke training courses which mirror your working practices and provide the highest return on your investment.
