  1. What is your 5 year plan?

Following our recent company rebrand, we’re now looking to push ahead with our growth plans and continue to grow the business.

As we continue to focus on the marine sector, we’re also excited to continue our diversification journey into markets such as automotive and renewable energy.

With further improvements to make to our Sunderland workshop, we will be looking to invest in further manufacturing machinery including pressure testing and calibration equipment, this will further increase our capabilities as we look to target larger projects throughout the north east and UK.

Upskilling our staff continues to be a focus, training has already been organised later in 2024 for fluid power courses for our apprentice and leadership training for our current Business Development Manager.

We’re delighted to be exhibiting at two upcoming exhibitions focused on our target markets, the EMCON Show and the North East Automotive Alliance Expo, both of which we’re hoping to further show our capabilities and gain valuable new contacts within the sectors.
