At this event, we’ll be focusing on engaging with Gen Z audiences – and attracting new talent into your workforce so if you have a marketing/comms or indeed an HR & recruitment role then this is for you!

Engaging with Gen Z – recruitment and retention

With many companies facing recruitment and retention challenges, and skills displacement a concern for many North East businesses, it’s imperative that companies engage effectively with younger audiences… and present the engineering and manufacturing sector as an exciting, vibrant industry full of opportunities!

This EMN Engineering and Manufacturing Marketers’ Meet-Up will feature expert advice on communicating effectively with Gen Z, to support your business in attracting talent and building a future workforce.

The event is being supported by EMN affiliate partner and STEM recruitment specialist Jackson Hogg.

• Improve understanding – when you explain a concept to someone else, you have to think about it more deeply and in a different way. This can help you to better understand the concept yourself – the power of thinking out loud!

• Increase motivation – you are often more motivated to learn when you are working with others and creating a sense of camaraderie.
