DESCRIPTION:Two years ago one of our very first events was based around looking at financial options for your business. This revolved around the various options for maximising your cash and identifying ways of improving cash flow\, finding ‘hidden’ money\, sourcing an exit strategy and also looking investment for business development\, new technologies and growth.\nThis was hugely successful and we have therefore decided by popular demand to run a similar session which will help you to ‘get the best out of your business’ and learn from leaders in the financial sector as to how you can make improvements to bring direct benefits. \nThe idea behind the session is to look at the various ways of enhancing your ability to increase cashflow\, support investment and seek new opportunities for this and even where appropriate identify what other forms of support may be available by way of funded activities.
