Being in a role that encouraged professional development I spent 5 years developing my skills using the NLP disciplines\, through using my own coach which led to an increased level of self-awareness which gave me a strong desire to want to learn more. \nIn 2020\, becoming self-employed\, I decided to extend my knowledge further on NLP and study at Practitioner level\, then onto Mastery level in 2021. A natural flair for building relationships and creating empathic communications has been at the forefront of my own personal development work – with a genuine desire to help others find their passion and help them on their journey of self-discovery. \nMy studies along with vast experience working in many roles across a variety of industries has given me a foundation/benchmark of best practice\, which through my coaching\, I can pass on to other leaders and business owners using a Person-centred focus. \n\n\n\n\nAbout Supply Chain North East \nSupply Chain North East brings together four key partners to work with over 1\,100 businesses through to 2023\, supporting them and identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
