DESCRIPTION:We have worked closely with Business Durham to create an informative opportunity for businesses to come together and discuss changing manufacturing processes with an example to learn of the changes that are possible presented by Richard Larder of Dyer Engineering.\nDyer Engineering has been selected to take part in a national\, industry-first £230k project to prove the potential of networks technologies within manufacturing. \nThe Connected Factory Demonstrator will see Dyer Engineering join Digital Catapult to explore how technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and low-powered wide area networks (LPWAN) can improve productivity\, streamline processes\, improve yield and increase quality control.
