- What does AR Power do?
AR Power are commercial solar installers based in the North East, helping companies and organisations across the UK save money on their energy bills and get closer to achieving NetZero.
Established in 2011, we have a large in-house team consisting of designers, project managers, operations teams, customer services, operations & maintenance teams and more. We also have our own solar installation teams meaning we don’t subcontract work out no matter where you are in the UK.
Our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, CHAS Elite, Safe Contractor, MCS, Cyber Essentials and other certifications ensure we carry out our commercial solar installations to the highest quality, as safely as possible.

To assist companies across the Northeast and UK achieve their NetZero goals, reduce their energy bills and to make the UK a greener place for us all and our families. Alongside that we believe in making AR Power a great, safe place to work for our people.
- What are you looking for from your EMN membership?
We are looking to get to know more people in the network and provide support to members who want to reduce their energy bills or get closer to achieving NetZero.
- What information do you want to get out to members?
We are hoping that the other members can support us as a business when needed, just as much as we can help and support them with our knowledge and expertise.
- What are you going to offer back to the community?
As a team, we already support the local community with fundraisers and sponsoring local kids football teams. We are active in the community and believe strongly in giving back where and when we can, offering up paid volunteer days to our employees. We also visit schools and colleges to provide talks to their students to educate them about renewable energy and solar. STEM is very important to us as it will help bring through the next generation of renewable professionals, who will help ensure a greener future for all.
