As leaders of organisations, it can be a challenging and a lonely role, with lots of demands of our time and energy taken up balancing different roles, operations, quality, sales, finances to name a few and building those relationships with customers and staff.
I help develop the senior management teams within businesses to make the business more resilient to external pressures and building good succession planning for the future.

Time with a mentor/coach who has had 26 years experience in senior leadership positions, MD and Director of a £14 million turnover business with 500 staff where I helped grow for 14 years, voluntary chairman and board roles of community organisations and charities. Professional member of RICS association for 25 years. 1500+ hours of coaching undertaken. Business established for 9 years now.

To grow the business to continue serving businesses across the North East, internationally known author, podcaster and to build a community leadership and retreat centre.
