North East-based international B2B marketing company Horizon Works has strengthened its creative team, in line with its ambitious growth strategy.

Experienced designer Judith Alderson has joined Horizon Works as a Creative Artworker and will be bringing further expertise to the company’s creative capabilities, which include brand development, website design, animation, and digital and print design.

Judith has spent more than 25 years at the forefront of the creative industries and has worked for a number of North East advertising and design agencies throughout her career. Her experience includes developing creative assets for campaigns for the NHS, higher education providers, global chemical processing companies, local authorities and shopping centres.

The appointment of Judith follows a number of new account wins for Horizon Works. These include Huddersfield-headquartered power transmission specialist Lancereal, Washington-based engineering training provider Seta and RS Industrial Services, which provides crane and lifting solutions, industrial and safety supplies and accredited industry training courses from sites in Tyne and Wear and Teesside.

Judith is the latest designer to join the Horizon Works team, following the recent appointments of Senior Multimedia Designer & Website Developer Micheal Maddison and Senior Creative Designer Peter Willis, as the company looks to build on a successful 2023 and accelerate its growth this year.

Samantha Vassallo, Managing Director of Horizon Works, said: “We’re seeing increased demand for our specialist B2B marketing services, so Judith is joining us at a really exciting time for the business.

“Judith is a highly experienced creative artworker and is well-known in the design community – she’s a fantastic addition to the team.

“She will be playing an important role in helping or clients engage with their target audiences, through bringing technical content to life and ensuring marketing campaigns and assets have strong, attention-grabbing visual impact.

“The combined talents of our highly talented creative team, combined with our specialist B2B marketing expertise and capabilities, means we can truly empower innovators in technical industries, and help them realise their ambitions.”

Commenting on her appointment Judith Alderson, said: “Horizon Works has an excellent reputation for supporting pioneering regional, national and global businesses, so I am thrilled to be part of the team.
